Fake Identity indeed !!
You've seen masks before. But have you ever seen the same mask worn by hundreds of people, over and over? Past a certain point it stops being an act and becomes a culture — a culture of lies and betrayal. The mask has stuck to the face so completely that no one even remembers there's a face underneath it anymore.
Companies love to talk about culture and values. They'll put it on the website, add it to the offer letter, have leaders who've never lived that truth thunder it from a stage. But when someone dares to speak a truth that room didn't want to hear, and they're thrown out within half an hour — what culture is left there?
The real, unwritten rule is this: bow down, or get out. We're ready to leave. But in a country that calls itself secular, that claims to guarantee freedom of speech through its own constitution — ways to silence people are still being found today. Not through the law; through a laptop bag labeled "office property," and through a door that shuts before you can even finish a sentence.
They lay two papers in front of you. One is termination, or else resignation of your own free will. What kind of choice is this? It's like strangling someone — like handing them the rope and telling them to hang themselves.
But to make an example, they picked the wrong person. He wasn't some ordinary man who'd quietly accept defeat, disappear without noise, without anyone knowing — he had already broken the company's record of continuous failure and shown everyone what winning looks like. You can't silence that history just by seizing a laptop. It only proves once again that the mask was lying here too.
To his team, who weren't even allowed to hear him say goodbye, his last words were: *idhar aise hi hota hai.* This is how it happens here. Just five words. And the very people who wrote that rule flinched and stepped back in that moment.
Do you know who I'm talking to ?
Grief has a habit — it gives back, again and again, what it once gave you.
Expect your grief soon.
Adios
